Did not sleep well. Anxiety got the best of me today. Helped Mom with laundry. Watched TV.

02:45. Cannot go to sleep. Got a bottle of water. Thinking of getting up at 06:00, so I have time to eat and check email. Perhaps I could take a photo of this page and ask Jack Hill for a copy of the post card he sent me a while back. I want to start digitizing my correspondance and postal mail to save physical space and reduce clutter.
When I go to D.C., I plan to speek only Hebrew when I am there. I'm hoping I'll be able to maintain this rule. I also want to restrict my language use in other areas as well: Only Pennsylvania Dutch in Amish businesses. Phrases needed include "What is the total?" and "What is this?" and "How much is it?" Items include Luttwarrick, watermelons, tomatoes, peaches, apples, pumpkin, squash, sweet potato, potato, pie, and more.
03:15. I guess I need to try and go to bed so I can wake at a decent time.

04:08. Cannot stop pacing.
04:35. Cannot fall asleep. Gave up and got my mobile from downstairs. Checked Mastodon and Snikket and email.
06:11. Read about Palatine German dialects and the synagogues in the region.
08:00. Woke up. Got dressed. Took pills. Made and ate oatmeal. Sat outside to wait for my ride.
Afternoon
Anxiety got the best of me today. I had to leave the Wellbeing Center early. I tried coping by looking at baby animals online; it helped a bit, but not enough. I think my issue was that I was not prepared to go today. I was given very short notice that I would be picked up today.
Came home. Helped Mom do her laundry. Fetched my projector for her Halloween decoration idea.
Took a nap.
Evening
17:48. Watched TV.
19:30. Drank coffee with caramel almond creamer.
20:00. Ate a bowl of rice noodles with broccoli, tofu, green beans, cilantro, green onion, and peanut sauce. Got another bowl.
Started an archive of scanned documents. Files are named 2024-09-09-title.jpg and are saved to ~/Documents/Scans/. Letters are titled letter-from-alice.
21:24. Watched MASH.
