I did not take my phone to bed. I awoke at 4:00 a.m. I went back to bed at 6:00 a.m. and finally got up (for good) at noon. I cannot say for certain whether keeping my phone out of bed has offered any improvement.
I took my Prozac and Abilify.
I ate Saltines and drank coffee with honey and almond milk.
I imported my diary entries to my blog, and cleaned up my website. It's still not as nice as WriteFreely, but it will have to do. I wish I knew enough about Jekyll to add RSS and tags.
Mom and I went to Hy-Vee to get ingredients for vegetable soup: Cabbage, carrots, celery, V-8 juice, and onion. Mom also got cottage cheese for herself. I plan on eating the soup with rice.
We went to CVS Pharmacy to pick up our scripts.
Tomorrow, I plan to go to the library to renew my library card and check out the book Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport. I also plan to look for a new job; I'm going to lose the one I have right now, due to all the days I've missed.
I made a spiked Arnold Palmer. I put a shot of bourbon in some lemonade and topped it with English breakfast tea.
I found a copy of Cal Newport's Digital Minimalism in ebook form. The only takeaway for me is switching over to a feature phone.
I had vegetable soup with four slices of bread. The bread was so soft and delicious.
It is 22:00. I'm going to log off now.
