12:00. Mom made me a big vegan ham, egg and cheese sandwich. I had it with a glass of Sunny-D.
Lit שבת (Shabbat) candles. Attended שבת (Shabbat) services online using Zoom. Rabbi talked about a vegan Jewish deli called Ben & Esther's. Ate macaroni and peas with a cup of Chinese white tea.
21:20. Mom goes to her room.
