07:15. Woke up to my alarm. Got fully dressed. Combed my hair. Went downstairs. Took my meds. Made tea with soy milk. Rode with my case manager to my appointment.
The line to see the psychiatrist was long. Came in at 09:00. Took a drug test. Went to see psychiatrist. No medications changed.
10:55. Returned from Compass Health. Made tea and oats. Knocked on my mom's door and greeted her good morning. Ate oats with pumpkin butter and maple syrup, and hemp seeds. Got a caffeinated Bubly. Checked Mastodon and email. Mom put on Eight Crazy Nights (2002).
13:13. Ate boiled potatoes with boiled carrots, seasoned with garlic, Mrs. Dash, and soy sauce. Not very good, but it was something to help me wait until dinner.
17:00. Came home from Walmart. Lit the חנוכה (Hanukkah) lights. Came home with vegan yogurt, vegan cheese shreds, guacamole, granola, oatmeal, Irish Breakfast tea, apple butter.
19:00. Ate two bowls of chili Frito pie.
21:24. Went to bed.
