Woke up, called into work. Too much to do today. Did not get any sleep.
Took a shower. Took my meds.
Ate three Clif Bars and visited Grandma in the hospital. She had physical therapy and did a good job.
Went to vote.
Did my laundry.
Went to Hy-Vee to get chicken noodle soup ingredients. Making mine with baked tofu using soy sauce and poultry seasoning. Tempted to get Starbucks, but resisted.
Mike and Vanessa came over around 18:00.
The tofu came out very well. I had soup in my big coffee mug.
